Travel Partner must read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services and website of smilemakerstourism.com. When Travel Partner use or make a booking on our site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Travel Partners will receive a confirmation email with a booking number. This confirmation email will provide all the details of your booking. Next, we will check that your booking has been correctly entered in booking system and that your payment can be correctly processed. Travel Partners are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. Should understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.
In case, Smile Makers Tourism LLC is not able to honor the booking confirmed through online allotment received from the operator for some reason, Smile Makers Tourism LLC shall offer the full refund for the service or provide with an alternative or similar category accommodation for the client instead. In case, Smile Makers Tourism LLC discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the Travel Partner that the request for services is either unauthorized, Smile Makers Tourism LLC have the right to take any steps against the Travel Partner(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the Travel Partner. In such an event, Smile Makers Tourism LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the Travel Partner.
For Visa, Travel Partner must ensure that the passport of client valid for the duration of your trip. (6 months after completion of travel).
Smile Makers Tourism LLC accepts payments online using Visa and Master Card credit /debit card in the AED or USD currencies.
Any dispute or claim arising out of shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab of Emirates.
